		<description>1 ) Garbage on the street , 2 )Traffic and noise , we can make a difference.
But sometimes , when you are traveling from a different place and was not able to see a toilet . It happens . Although its not a good habit , but when there is no person near you , we can get a relief . :)
Anyway lets try to make a difference .</description>

In India we do not have proper lanes defined on the roads and many a times we jump the lanes without proper signal (sometimes even without looking in the rear mirrors). Yes its not all government, but definitely government has to play a major role. If one thinks that without power they can change everything, then I don&#039;t think it works that way.
People have to do their part, as you mentioned in the post, but there should be good people in power to really bring in policies and laws. Wait, I don&#039;t think that can happen when people take a Friday off and go on a long weekend trip resulting in 40 something percentage of votes.</description>
